1. Acceptance of terms

By browsing this site or purchasing a ticket through FanPass ("we", "us", "the platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Our role

We provide the ticketing platform on behalf of event organizers. Each event is hosted, promoted, and ultimately delivered by its organizer — we are not the organizer of the events listed on this site unless explicitly stated. Event details (venue, date, lineup, admission rules) are set by the organizer and may change; we'll reflect updates on the event page as we're informed of them.

3. Tickets

  • Each ticket is issued as a unique digital PDF with its own QR code for entry.
  • A ticket is valid for one entry only — once scanned, it cannot be reused.
  • Tickets are tied to the order used to purchase them; keep your confirmation email safe.
  • You must meet any age, ID, or admission requirements set by the event organizer.
  • Reselling tickets above face value or in violation of an event's stated policy is prohibited.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely by OnePay. All prices are shown in the currency stated on the event page and include any fees disclosed at checkout. A completed transaction is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation and your tickets by email.

5. Refunds & cancellations

Please see our Return Policy for full details. In short: ticket sales are final except where we explicitly state otherwise for a specific event.

6. Event changes & cancellations by the organizer

Organizers may need to reschedule, relocate, or cancel an event. If this happens, we or the organizer will contact ticket holders using the email address on the order, with instructions specific to that event.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the platform to commit fraud, attempt to bypass ticket limits or queue mechanisms, forge or duplicate tickets, or interfere with the operation of the site. Tickets obtained in violation of these terms may be voided without refund.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide the ticketing platform "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from an event being changed, postponed, or cancelled by its organizer, or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
